We do not collect names, emails, payment info, or personal identifiers.

Ocean Drift uses browser Local Storage to save your high score locally on your device. Session cookies expire on browser close. You may clear these via browser settings at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Infrastructure partners process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
We use HTTPS encryption, regular security reviews, and strict access controls. Since Ocean Drift requires no registration and stores minimal data, your risk exposure is minimal by design.

Ocean Drift is for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data.
Your high score lives only in your browser. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Aggregate analytics are anonymized within 90 days. Contact messages are retained up to 2 years.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
